Would you like a Children's Medical Coordinator to reach out to you?
Northmont has a partnership with Dayton Children's Medical Center. Through this partnership with our school counselors, they offer a Youth and Family Coordinator who is available to help you navigate the mental health system and connect families with community resources.
To start this process, simply contact your child's school counselor. The school counselor will ask the parent to sign a release of information form, the counselor will send a referral form to our coordinator at Children's, then the coordinator will contact the parent to begin helping. (This is a service that is only available by contacting your child's school counselor.)
